Hello,

I just installed the plugin "paypal" and configure.
The problem is that I have a problem I do not know how to solve.
When a customer buys an accommodation, this is what I get as an error:

Others might have more advice for you here, but I'm guessing you don't have a subscription to website payment pro or whatever PayPal is calling that re-branded premium service now.

All the stuff there that says something like, "needed to process refunds" or something like that, just leave blank and put in your paypal email address only.

hi,

Thank you for your answer, I'll find out about pro paypal accounts.

One last question for those familiar with paypal.
Is there an advantage to go pro on paypal?

I'm not aware of anything that really stands out, but they include a virtual terminal if that's important to you in all of their plans now I think.

There is one thing with the premium merchant plans, if you need to, you can change the date that a subscription will charge the customer's account - i.e., your customer pays for a monthly invoice with the subscription option, but later, after three months, for some reason you decide to credit your customer by giving them a billing date that is pushed back three days.

Your option is to cancel their subscription, and then they go back to paying monthly manually - or - if you have the premium merchant seervices accounts w/PayPal then you can simply change the date their subscription debits their account three days later each month, without having to cancel the sub and wonder of they're going renew a subscription.

I like subscriptions - especially when it's for something that isn't too much money coz sometimes it's like getting money for nothing, because the user doesn't have to be paying atttention to their abandoned service w/you but they still pay every month. Without that subscription they would prolly say, "Hey! I'm not using that anymore so I'm not going to pay my bill and just let it lapse."
