[Possible Bug] Request Cancellation not working with modernpanel theme

Hi

I got a report from a customer trying to cancel his service without success, after doing some tests, if true Request Cancellation feature is not working with modernpanel theme but it works with nextgean_clean (I didn't check with the others)

I'm pretty sure it was working few updates back, I'm running 4.7.4:4399   

Can someone please confirm or denied this bug?

I too have known of this for about 2 months and i believe it's been brought up to KBKP but they've yet to fix it.  It's pretty irritating.  It is 100% a bug.  Submit a "bug report" to their fake system.  http://help.hostbillapp.com
