Account Status Pending

Hello guys i have another problem with the platform. I was hoping you could help me at least on this one.

I set up some items and i make the order. Make the payment and the Payment Status goes Completed. Status goes Pending and in 2 minutes it goes Active.

The issue here is that the status of the account that the order created is stuck in Pending and can only go into active manually.

Any ideas what i may have done wrong?

Seriously? Not even a "i've never heard of this issue before"?

Extra info, it does seem to connect to the WHM and create the clients account since the system emails him the details but still
the account on the hostbill platform stays at "pending" status.

You have *default scenario* selected and also what is it now...? um... process as soon as payment is made or something like that I think.

There are parts that you modify on the main order page itself, and then parts that you modify on the given product under that particular order page too.

I generally fumble through using a free account, creating and destroying services until I get it right, and then set a price. Try setting a product as free and create dummy accounts, and then once it's working like you want, change the service to a monthly w/a price (Dont set any prices under a dollar or you'll be sorry), and see if that helps :)

Ok i have managed to make this work. Although i am not sure what was wrong with it.
Details in case someone else comes up with the issue again.
I had a Paypal test account set up to test the orders, had the account connected to Hostbill.
I made over 70 orders ending up with the same result. Payment completed but still the account on hostbill
remained at Pending.

I had selected senario As soon as payment is made but I tested all the options along with different templates ( on 1 template cancelations wasn't working so I figured I test some more).
Nothing. There seemed to be somekind of problem with the cron (provision) processing.

Anyway since I worked on a temporary solution around this (manually making the account status Active since emails were send normally with all the info and the accounts on WHM wokred fine)
I were about to go live so I changed the paypal test account with the normal one and BOOM. Everything since then seemed to be working fine.

NOTES: I did extra testing since I tried paying with credits which was on the clients account, other methods of payment such as bank deposit but nothing.

RIght to this point I can not recall of any other changes I made other than changing tha Paypal Account.
