Modern Panel Theme

Hello!

Hoping someone might be able to shed some light on a little problem I'm finding with the Modern Panel Theme.

Trying to change the blue menu to a red colour as it matches our website better.

Only thing is changing the colour in the style sheets makes no difference, Any one able to shed some light on this? Maybe I'm going wrong some where....

Still can't get it to work, Think I'll leave it to a professional and have someone fully integrate this design with our website.
