Can't help but notice

This question is coming from the latest release i'm not updating to until i hear successful reports 6.7.2

I do not want to come off as bashing KBKP but this is an honest to goodness question.  Why are any of us still using Hostbill when 6 minor bugs here and there are fixed.  Why isn't the guy knocking out every single report in the "bug tracker".  I believe these 'fixes' are a farce therefore further evident this software is EOL or just receives some ambiguous updates in the face of "premium module advertisement".  Development lives on in 'premium 1st party module development'.

Nibb argued with me thick and thin that we would receive new updates through the software after the 'big' change.  Well, we're 7 weeks in i believe, and not a single new feature on the core itself.  Development is concentrated on paid, premium modules these days.  Now this said, i can't help but notice that on average 6 bugs are "fixed" each release".

Let me stress, i don't expect new features once a week.  I think a per week release schedule without real world testing is foolish.  So to be honest, a 3 month schedule would be more fitting.  Though since they boasted about 1 week cycles, i can't help but notice every little "new feature" is paid, even for us older customers.  So this all said, it feels like version 4 reached EOL for us 'grandfathered' customers and v5 will either continue as we see right now or something will change.  Nevertheless, the lack of communication pretty much leaves us all running our businesses on a software run by a ghost.
