ok - how do you get tickets to display "normally" ?

I had on non html and got annoyed with the &nbsp and other html tags being shoved in between the text. I switched to allow html tags and its even worse! Can hostbill not import emails with correct formatting ?

there is an option under settings to allow html on imported tickets but i've yet to see this work.  As we receive some PayPal related tickets they all show this way as well and i grow tired of trying to scan through it so i copy the code and just paste it in something like dreamweaver and view it that way

Ive had to give in with a new venture, business partner has persuaded me to use whmcs for it instead of our existing HB install. Seemingly small things like the tickets are making it very hard to work with.
