So....

1 Ticket = $7500 1 Time
5 Tickets = $199.03 1 Time
15 Tickets = $399.04 1 Time
50 Tickets = $999.05 Per Month

So....

1. Do we have to maintain $999.05/mo to have the 50 tickets valid for the year?
2. Do we get 50 tickets extra per month which are good for the year from the purchase date?
3. Are the tickets valid for 12 month cycles each subscription?
4. What happens if we cancel our subscription?

Just some laughs and giggles.

Oh also,

Anyone notice the odd pricing structure? That's what I really wanted to talk about. Everything is like $##.04 $##.89 $##.46 etc etc etc random change for every number. Kind of concerned, why would someone price stuff like that? It's happened very recently.

I suspect that this is just another symptom of a greater problem (you know the one I'm talking about).

I just went over the HBA to check if the pricing had been fixed, and no, it's still like that.

1 ticket = $75
5 ticket = $199.03 (or $39.81 each)
15 tickets = $399.04 (or $26.60 each)
50 tickets = $999.05/m (or $239.77 each)

Every-time I visit HBA I feel like KBKP is insulting our intelligence us.  I'm beginning to think the GitHub/HostBill account icon is exactly what KBKP is thinking about us.  It always make me wonder why I'm still using HostBill.  Every company (that I dealt with) that was using HostBill when I bought my license, has switched to something else.  :'(  HostBill/KBKP a love/hate relationship.

You can count even me in on the switch.  I'm not just talking about it, we're literally looking to move everything away from it.  I want to like it but the developer is simply put, abusing every ounce of what they can and  without remorse.  I mean, doesn't even bother to come on here and talk with his users lol.  I think this speaks VOLUMES and very loud.  So instead of sitting around hoping for a pretty unicorn to show up, we're taking care of a few logistical issues, legalities we're involved in then we're switching to an alternative software.

I paid for my HB license so i'll continue to use it for the support/billing aspect for another venture or something but right now we need a vendor who has strong 3rd party development, strong support,  a strong business and Hostbill unfortunately is not any of this.

Kris quite frankly doesn't have the guts to come on here just to chat.  Dude thinks he's better then everyone.  Let's all gather together, pitch in a few $$ and do the "paid presales" thing.  I'll tell him that we'll pay the pre sales price but we want live chat via video on skype.

HostBill has been going a bad direction. I've been a customer since 2011 back when they seemed to care more about their customer. Not It just seems like it's drying slowly. I might switch to a new provider.
