Income / Revenue Issues

Hello,

I was curious if anyone else was experiencing a bug where revenue or income for the month would drop several hundred or thousands during the same period of the month?  It has happened to us for the past 4 months and I'd like to know if anyone else experiences this.

There are no credits or refunds issued yet the revenue will drop (in this case $400) during the month. The Revenue will read $1,000 at 9am, and then checking it after lunch it would say $600. Where'd the $400 go?

In all reality - I have not seen this.
When you look at the actual income and manually add them - do they add up?

Dude, that was a brilliant joke.

To the OP: no, I haven't noticed that, but honestly the Income / Revenue is never right for my site.  I ignore it.  Currently my 24 month income forecast is about 50% of my income this year, and my six month forecast is on par for my income this month.  I'd say there's some fuzzy math going on there.

I've just updated HostBill and now I'm making more than last month. Not bad for an update.

[Adminarea] Income Forecast - some values are missing

with this fix the manually created invoices also manually recurring invoices are included in the Income forecast so that is why this shows now more.

Which, brings up an interesting question for all us that run businesses here (or have a play in the financial side). How you accurately record your revenue per month?
