Ahsay Module

Hi all,

Firstly thank you for having this forum and providing users with an alternative than support tickets on hostbill.

I have activated the Ahsay module in the hosting modules area and configured it correctly (to my knowledge) in the apps area.

When I go to create a new order page under product & services my new app is not showing in the Order Type dropbox.
I have had a look around on Google and have not been able to find anything useful on Hostbill's wiki.
Am I missing something or missed a step any help would be much appreciated

Hey there Craig,

The Order Type will not show modules, that's just for a Preconfiguration setup. You don't necessarily need that.

What you do need however is for the app / module to be listed in the Connect With App feature in the Product Configuration section after you create your order page. The only product that needs the Order Type as far as my knowledge serves me are domain products.
