[bug] SidePadTheme - OnApp - Resources

Hello,

There is an alignment error within the SidePadTheme on OnApp Module under the Resources >> Add New Server section.

I have performed a manual upgrade to overwrite any potential CSS issues and I've left the standard footer/header in place (our footer has olark live chat and header has our logo - nothing else).

Still, this alignment issue exists.

Any ideas?

If you'd like, create a test account / client and I'll be happy to create some CSS for you to use. I don't use OnApp, so I can't do anything without access to the back-end. (As a client account)
