Per Ticket Product

Has anyone tried to setup a paid ticket department? We want to have it so customers can request Hands on support for there collocated Servers. But We only want them to be able to open the ticket in this department if they have paid first. Any ideas how to do this?

I was in the process last week, but then something caught me in the middle and had to deal with that first. I want to do more or less the same you want for a specific department so I will keep you updated when I start testing.
