help.hostbillapp.com works ok for now.
But it looks like need some moderation.

In some subjects it really
In my opinion

1- commenting options.
2- moderation role for some people in community (for instance lawrance you are doing really great)
3- more deteailed forms. (during creating bug report; people should insert their os version; control panel version etc. Kris had created better "how to submit bug" in former forums.)
4- more voting options ( some people send bugs in previous versions. it would be nice if I give the feedback it is valid in new version or it is not valid in new versions)
5- More categories (modules tab is not enoguh to categorize the extensions; there should one more option for extensions in store)
6- and feature request area :)

I agree with your analysis enddo, but what do you expect us to do about it?  help.hostbillapp.com is run my KBKP.

I would also add that for some bugs, there is more than 1 bug-report.

It is a kind of feature request.
That is why I am writing it here.
If we ask about it and is good for hostbill; depending to development time they may consider to implement some features to that system.

Because some times when I face with a bug and cann't understand why they don't test it; I may get angry about it.

Some errors are not occurs because of hostbill fault. Some of them are operating system or configuration faults.
So instead of writing irritating subjects in help.hostbillapp.com it would be much better for both of us and KBKP to see more professionaly organized bug tracking system at there.
At least we see that some guys has same problem too or not.

I agree with you in one aspect. That this would normally be a good idea.

But we're talking about kbkp, so not only do I not have any faith, but I'm not inclined to do their job and not get paid for it. I'm interested only in them fixing bugs, because that is all we're going to get out of them.

Anything else doesn't really benefit us and there are other avenues where our efforts might better be spent - like in 3rd party module development and the complete abandonment of HostBill for any additional third party modules.

That alone, IMO, will bring kbkp running back to us, asking us what we want, because we're the important ones, we're the customers after all that feed their families while they starve ours, and I have no interest in jumping through a bunch of hoops via a third party community that they may or may not be paying attention to so that they might take pity on our souls and implement yet another so-called feature for us where we have to pay for the bug-ridden and inadequate feature.

No thank you. I'll pay someone else for anything else I don't have already and kbkp can concentrate on fixing bugs.
