Hostbill server migration , what we need to backup / restore ?

Hello,

I just migrated hostbill to another server. I thought everything its saved in database so I backed up folders and files few days ago and left DB only for the last moment hoping that in DB its saved everything like orders, invoices, payments, etc.  How wrong I was !  When I backed up DB and restored minutes after I was shocked to see very old data from the date I have backed up files from the server.

Some files are kept on disk but nearly everything, including invoices, are purely in the database. So the main cause would be if you did not overwrite the database correctly.
