"Verify PayPal email" is failing to work ?

Hello,

Recently more and more clients are opening paypal disputes for not authorized payment. Today alone I have lost $100 with paypal fee for 5 transactions. When I checked the client his data don't match the paypal owner account. I'm sure that was a full plan from his part but as you may know paypal never favor us.  Is anyone tested this function because it give some error .

I would not recommend using that function since a LOT of legitimate clients have different email addresses for Paypal and their regular email.
Do you use any anti-fraud systems? I can personally recommend using Maxmind plugin for automated testing and Fraudrecord for manual double-checking when in doubt. Both worked wonders so far to reduce our fraud to practically zero.
