I need help with my HostBill Installation

I have some bugs in my installation and I need some help. Maybe some of you have an idea what I can do.

Issue 1: Knowledgebase
I have entered some articles in english and german however when you switch languages I get an error saying "wrong parameter".

Issue 2: Info Pages
The translation of the info page appears right under the original page, and not in the respective language.

anyone has an idea how I can fix those or get a automated translation for everything?
