Urgent help need it ! Clients can't use tickets/order etc

Hello,

All my clients can't reply to tickets/open tickets/order, when they fill the ticket reply box and push send (or place an order,etc) they get this error :

[an error occurred while processing this directive]
Alerta de seguridad

El archivo que intenta subir ha sido rechazado por el servidor.
Probablemente contenga virus o troyanos que pueden dañar su sitio web.

No intente subirlo nuevamente, ya que su dirección IP podrá ser bloqueada.

The other problem is that I get this error myself when i try to change user password or edit any data via admin area !

I use WHM/Cpanel, I have disable all security plugin but I still got this error,I don't know to which logs to loook, I Need urgent help.

The warning sounds like a browser or antivirus warning, not a server-side error. Make sure that your site and site URL's are considered secure by Google Safebrowsing and check your website with Virustotal to make sure it's not infected.

It was a damn antimalware on server..
