Upgrade Problem

Last night I decided to renew my updates with hostbill and purchased the new updates. After I downloaded the latest hostbill version and installed it I get errors all over the place. Can anyone help? The version I upgraded from was dated 3.4.2016. Does anyone know any solution or how to fix this? I have two licenses from 2011 if that makes any difference.

The most errors I get are related to modules and order pages:

PHP [Core Error]: The file /home/supername/public_html/selfservice/includes/modules/Hosting/buycpanel_provisioning/class.buycpanel_provisioning_addons.php was encoded by the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5.4 and cannot run under PHP 7.0.
Please ask the provider of the script to provide a version encoded with the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5.6. IN Unknown(0)

Hi,

Please select the PHP version for download in hostbillapp clientarea according to your version of PHP. You seem to have downloaded the files for PHP 5.4.
Also, support for 5.4 has been dropped for hostbill recently.

Hope that helps.

Thanks.

We are facing a similar issue as well:

Hi,

I updated Hostbill to PHP 7 as instructed by the upgrade tool. Everything was fine. I then proceeded in allowing hostbill to upgrade. Upgrade completed, no errors.

Loaded installation to check and receive:

The error logs show the following:

I have reinstalled Hostbill manually and I receive the same error!

Any ideas?

Hi fusionhost,

Do you have any "affiliate_redirect" module or something enabled?

Fusionhost

You Sir are a legend! I don't remember enabling that so didn't think to check!

Thank you
