Domain reg. says success all the time but nothing happen

yes it seems to be if HostBill has no connection to the module it always says success for all actions that you do in this moment - Normally here should shown a message like connection refused for admin and temporary not aviable or something else for the customer but here all is being a success and this is what confused me all the time, that there is no error that informs me about a problem with the connection.

After a few hours of confusing i remember that i changed https to http in the URL and https is not working anymore because i had a rule in .htaccess for redirecting https to http and that was all.

So i only can say sorry for taking your time to help me with this silly problem.
