Where is the ResellerClub Hosting module?

Is it included or purchased separately? Was it pulled completely? There's only references to it in the wiki but no module to activate and no page to purchase an add-on.

What license do you have? It is included by default if you have one of those older license and you might be missing the module file for the same.

Anyhow, you can just login to your account at hostbillapp and goto "Provisioning Modules" in Services and if the module exists in the list, you can download the module file from there.

I have the Enterprise license. I have the resellerclub DOMAIN module but not the one that allows you to resell their hosting. Hostbillapp client area doesn't offer any place for download (it's not an add-on).

I am not sure what is available in the hostbillapp clientarea for Enterprise licenses so, I can't help you with that. Maybe if you got any older versions of Hostbill, you can check if that module file is available within and copy it into its respective path on your HB install.

You might just as well contact HB support regarding the same, if you can.

I'm not paying $75 to remedy their lack of proper documents. Besides, their support has a bad track record of not replying stuff.

The module is very buggy and they have so far yet to address any of my bug reports...
In it's current state it works for renewals just fine but registration is very hit and miss for many extensions.

I know this does not resolve your issue in itself but it may be the reason why it won't be listed on their page for purchase?
