Custom hostname

Yes I am trying to automate some things I'm trying to use this for like proxy setups with solusvm .  since they don't get access I need to take the hostname that can be entered  and set like the hostname  like username.orderid.vpsid

If someone has a better way let me know.
But here is the issue. Ok I created custom templates with squid already installed they work.
Now as they order and choose the ip number that works and then I wrote a bash script to run at boot to add the ips to the squid config
But I can't figure out how to tell which vps belongs to the clients account in hostbill.
I like tried looking in the database to try and query off the ips on the server but I can't really find anything good to search on.
