Generate invoice with 0.00 balance after using a coupon code

Here is the problem. When I use a coupon code with for instance €50 discount, and the total amount of my order is lower than that, like €20,-, no invoice is generated.

I need Hostbill to generate an invoice even if the amount would be €0.00 after using a coupon code. How can I fix this?

I think, although I don't know for sure, HostBill thinks this is for FREE and does not send an invoice.  i.e. Why send and invoice for 0.00 value?

I don't know a way around this but hopefully someone else in the community might be able to offer a way of dealing with this.

What actually happens after you submit the coupon code? Does it give you an error or are the prices updated to reflect any discounts?

Does the order process complete?
