support emails not working in cron

All of a sudden I get this error

Warning: Recent execution of following tasks failed and tasks are disabled in HostBill: - Import Tickets using POP method
Cron Report generated: 2016-05-02 12:00:07

When i test it in the setting area it says its ok

Were you ablle to sort this out?
I just had the same issue and i got this solved. Maybe i can help if you are facing the issue still.

What I did was go into the task list and seen one that was failing and kept executing it resolved it self.

There's a task getting locked up because it likely contains some database data from an older HostBill install. In most cases it's an easy fix by updating, but if you have a custom task you may need to delete it and re-create it to get it synced up with the new structure. That's how I solved it when I've encountered the issue.
