Email Template Variables

Dear All,

I think I have asked this before so forgive me if I have!

How do I get a complete list of variables that can be used when creating email templates?  (the drop down list seems incomplete).

For example, {$reply.body} is for the body of the reply.  What are all the others?  i.e. if you want to include the last email in the response?

I have found the below - but this seems to be missing some of the variables.  For example, {$reply.body} is not listed.
