    [Cpanel v2] Added: Username generation will be more random now for users with matchin domain names
    [General] Info: PDO and PDO_Mysql are now requirement, not an option. Library replacing it has been removed from release branch.

Bugs Fixed

    [Bandwidth Billing] Fixed: It may occur that same line for bandwidth billing is added few times on invoice for bigger invoices.
    [Onapp] Metered history trims last 0 from reported values
    [Onapp] Limiting os templates may not work with some groups on onapp 4.1
    [Whois] Fixed: .ee domain lookup error
