Support tickets wont parse responses

I have certain users when they respond to a ticket by email. It never shows up in ticket section.

I do have that address forwarded so I don't miss responses. But it its annoying.

I thought maybe a few that had been having this happen were banned by maxmind and I lifed the ban but not sure as I don't see their IP's

Hi,

Have you considered the possibility of some of your users mails actually ending up as spam in spambox with your email provider and hence may not be actually available for download into your ticket section?

Well I have seen the spam thing with gmail sending replies to spam.

But this was just me being dumb. I had a forwarder to send mail from the support mail to my google.

Then I didn't see response because it takes time before the cron runs.
