"services" next page don't load , help !

Hello,

"services" next page don't load , help !  Someone must know how to fix it..

I have changed "Records to display per page" to 100 but I have clients with over 100 services they complain. Its extremely frustrating, what php file work with this function ? I need to check, maybe someone know the fix please.  This is happening only on Order Type: VPS Accounts.
