HostBill company change

Any one noticed that HostBill changed from Partnership to Sole Proprietorship (KP Software)? Does this indicates that HostBill now is in hands of 1 person only?

This should be quite interesting. I think there's only been one 'kris' for sometime now.

Their company name has changed and they confirmed this fact via e-mail. What to expect? Slower development and bug fixing.
