Support email import

Hello

I use import email on my Hostbill system, tickets has been succefully imported but my customer don't receive any email
or reply after staff reply.

In a "email logs" i don't see any email for support.

Have you any idea about this problem ?

Check Hostbill Wiki and make sure you followed all steps.
