CloudStack Prepaid / Postpay Billing Support

Hi;
I like to learn if is it possible to use pre-paid and post-paid options with Hostbill's CloudStack module. I tried Cloudstack module version 1 and 2 but i could not enable prepaid metering options. I feel like pre-paid and post-paid options only available for OnApp Module not for CloudStack.

Does any one here who uses pre-paid metering with CloudStack module?
