Alert when a customer has signed up

How do you receive an alert when  new customer signs up?

We are logged in a lot so see this in real-time, but we have also noticed that no alert is sent to us.

Is there a way to do this?

Yes you can; I get email cronjob updates.

Aside from cronjob updates, you can also setup to receive an emal alert when a new customer signs up, check you automation settings.
