Created Addons - Order pages can't see them?!?

Hi,

I have created some addons for my products but none of my order pages [Hostbill Area] can see them!  It just displays:

No addons has been created yet - manage addons.

If I click on "manage addons" it shows the addons that have been created. 

Why can't the order pages see them?  What am I missing?

That is a little odd - can you PM me some screenshots of the Admin and also the Client Side?
