Manual Credit Card - Where is CVV?

Dear All,

We are looking to use the manual credit card plugin as we can take offline payments,

During testing, a customer can add his credit card details (credit card number, expiry and also CVV).  However, when I look at entries in the admin, I cannot see the CVV - therefore I cannot use the details to take an offline payment,

Am I missing something?  Where is the CVV that the customer enters?

Yes - I understand this is a custom plugin that you created by we cannot use customer plugins as on the 2013 (past May) license.
