Requested Action
To add Presales questions to the support departments, or a Sales department to the support departments.

Argument Points

• Being open about presales is a positive reflection on any company.
• It's a proven fact that companies make more sales with a Presales department.
• Contacting the CEO for $75 and the Licensing department doesn't suit the part of Presales.
• Having no presales, or sales department is an expression of not having interest in end users.
• Companies that have no presales or sales departments are considered passive, or is a sign of avoidance.

HostBill has added a presales department, and although it's charged at a rate of $99.95, it is still a presales department. This petition is now closed.

(Hopefully pricing for presales becomes free as presales is important to any business) - With a presales department Kris can reject any support requests simply by closing the ticket, as no support requests should be submitted to a presales department.
