Requested Action
Removal of the Contact CEO option on the HostBill website.

Argument Points

• This is currently the only effective (to an extent) method of contact for HostBill.
• Contacting a CEO is traditionally done through escalation of support.
• Charging for such a service is deemed offensive to some business owners.
• This forces a paid medium of contact for press inquiries, reducing great exposure to HostBill.

I voted and this last point is something I didn't think about until you just said that but it is so very true so who ever brought that up to you is so unbelievably true.  Sure does sound like a one man company and though that's not always a bad thing it isn't something many business owners would invest in.

HostBill has changed their wording and no longer states "Contact CEO" in their order pages. Although a presales question is $99.95, that may be temporary. (I wouldn't know)

By removing the "Contact CEO" wording, Kris is slowly building up a better reputation. This poll is now closed.
