One-time domain registration

Hi,

Some domains - for example .ro - are registered with a one-time fee. I couldn't find a way to accomplish this. Is there something I'm doing wrong, or is this feature missing?

I am not sure that you can have a one-time fee setup in HostBill. 

May the rest of the community know a way around this?
