What and where is the "dedicated servers" module?

Hi,

This looks like a simple one. I've setup a couple of test dedicated servers but I cannot find any field in which the client can fill the hostname, root password or server ID. Should I create custom fields from them? Isn't there any "dedicated servers module" which already has this? The only thing I can see different from the shared hosting (cPanel) module is the IPAM option. I feel that I'm missing something?

Let's say "wizard_dedicated_new". But does it matter? Maybe I didn't expressed myself correctly: is there any *dedicated* module for servers, or it's just a matter of custom fields?

I think you have to create custom fields and then populate them post the sign-up.
