151,000 Support Tickets!

Hi Guys,

I keep getting bombarded with the same support ticket every week and I have no idea how to stop it and more importantly how to clear 150k support tickets from the database!   The ticket in question always has the same message.

Any suggestions?

I have not come across this issue before so can't really offer any experience.

I can  only suggest a look in the database, search for some of the strings and see what tables they reside in.  You can then look at how to remove the erroneous support tickets using some SQL - of course, after making a backup!
