Cancellation - Billing Period

Dear All,

Does anyone have experience with customer cancellations?

A customer cancelled their product/service and selected End of Billing Period.  However, as soon as we accepted the cancellation, the service shows as TERMINATED straight away in their client control panel.  I would have thought it would have remained active until the billing period.

Any ideas?  Is this normal?

Hi Brad,

if you do manually accepting the cancellation, then if you click on accept the account get instantly on cancelled and also if you have this account connect to any module, then it will also delete the account, so be careful if you have connect it to any module!

So if you do it manually you must wait till the end of billing period and must then accept the cancellation request.

If you have configured automatically cancellation request then the account will stay active till the end of billing period as HB is then delete it automatically.
