I cannot access to http://hostbillapp.com from Vietnam. I think it is routing problems or hostbill server blocked access from Vietnam. I attached ping and tracert results.

Please check, my billing website cannot update and very slow.

I hope you get this resolved soon. Blocking whole countries is definitely not good business. Maybe they're lacking in security standards and are using this as a temporary solution. Regardless, try to reach out to them and at least get your IP whitelisted.
