Upload files in tickets

Hi,

In the customer view, when I attach a file to a ticket, the upload fails and I get "Error Method Not Allowed". I couldn't find any traces of errors in apache logs or hostbill logs. I made sure the attachments. dowloads and tmp folders are writable by the web server. I am running the laster HostBill version.

Any ideas on how to track down this issue? Thanks!

Hello Zenet,

Is your attachments directory outside the public root?

HostBill generally doesn't log everything, so this would be difficult to track. Would you like me to take a look at your setup?
