How to add new language section?

Hey,

I'm struggling to create a new language section. I've read the documentation over and over again, I've followed the instructions but still the section is NOT created.

Here are the exact steps I'm executing:


After clicking the "Save Changes" button, the keyword & value are saved, but in the "affiliates" section!

This is driving me crazy, as I would like to add many custom keywords and I really need a new section.

Any tips?
