PayPal problems - IPN Not Verified

Hi,

since today i have issue with paypal payments. The invoices get not marked as paid and Gatewaylog shows error "[_verification] => IPN Not Verified " but i have nothing changed.

For months ago i had the same issue but after a few days it was solved without doing anything from my site.

So has someone else the same problem at the moment? Can this be a PayPal issue?

i could never resolve it because it has resolved from alone, everytime i had this issue, so i believe it was paypal problems.
