Search JS Code - what file is this in?

Dear All,

Does anyone happen to know what JavaScript file the search code resides in for themes Cloudy, Blue or YServer? (You can select drop down menus for Domains, Knowledgebase and Support).

There are quite a lot of javascript files within the templates/js directory and I am not an expert in JS.  I could use some guidance on what JS file contains the Search code!
