Problems to update 2014-08-26 to 2015-02-18

Hello,

I'm trying to update manually 2014-08-26 to 2015-02-18 and I get this error message:

Following error :SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '2-global-wrong_image_verification' for key 'PRIMARY'
occured during database update to version 2014-09-01.sql please load your database backup to ensure that your installation is stable, and/or contact HostBill support
Failed on query: UPDATE `hb_language_locales` SET `section` = 'global' WHERE (`keyword` = 'wrong_image_verification' AND `section` = 'tickets');


I've never had problems updating. Any idea?

Hi,

You are updating from quite an old version so I can understand why there could be issues.

Are you performing the update from the AutoUpdater tool or manually via downloading the software?
