HostBill + SolusVM + VNC not working why?

Has someone the solusVM VNC working with HostBill? the normal SSH Serial Console works but if i have a Xen HVM or KVM VPS the i can not start the VNC via HostBill.

The libs package is uploaded to /includes/libs so this can not be the problem for this. Or is there some setting that i have to do for the product / orderpage !?

As i see in the error message of java that the SSHTermApplet is loaded not the tightVNC one so don´t know what is wrong.

I know it's a bit late on the reply, but have you gotten this working? I can see that there're a lot of issues with the SolusVM module.

Which one are you using? SolusVM or SolusVM_Old?

I use this Version: 1.11.8 Filename: class.solusvm.php and i have no issues with the SolusVM Modul. The only point is the VNC Console that is not working because this ends up in a java error. The SSH console is working. Only VNC does not.

So, no i don´t have any solution for this, thats why i post it here and hoped someone else can help :-)

If what you're seeing is the image below, then try using a wYNd0z3 box instead.

Several bug reports have been issued regarding this and to date they haven't fixed it. Aside from SolusVM being a rented, as opposed to owned solution, it's another reason to consider not using it IMO.

You should be able to simply click on the connection link info, however, and enter those credentials into your shell for remote ssh access to your VPSes local console, so not all is lost - The Java Client they use just totally sucks, that's all :)

I know one guy who uses WHMCS and manually takes that info and provides a link for his users to use a mindterm Java client instead, and that works fine for them on all platforms.

Again, if what you're seeing are the errors above, it's the broken Java client that SolusVM has integrated into their VPS Control Panel.

I hope that helps :)

My Problem is not SolusVM or to use the VNC on SolusVM this is all working for me as it should be.

The Problem is to use the VNC console for SolusVM on HostBill, here this is not possible. I get permission erros like this:

QuoteMissing Codebase manifest attribute for: /includes/libs/sshterm-applet/SSHTermApplet-signed.jar
Missing Permissions manifest attribute for: /includes/libs/sshterm-applet/SSHTermApplet-jdk1.3.1-dependencies-signed.jar

but if you use the same with the SSH console there are no permission errors.
