Hello,

We have a problem, invoice is paid but hostbill not generate Transaction ID or not change status unpaid to paid.

Client not see final status, and pay 3x or more time , and wee need re-found any invoice.

This happens for all Payment Modules of HostBill Version: 19-12-2014 and higher.

And here I thought that was an after-effect of my massive customer transfer from another outdated billing system.
I can confirm the same issue, but only on select customers. I have yet to see a specific pattern but some customers have spent all of their credits on the invoice.
Someone please tell the dev he's not working for EA Games. Billing systems cannot work on a "release early, release often" mantra with a pich of "testing is for the weak",

We write this problem to Kris but the problem is still not solved.

Right. He'll get to fixing all the listed bugs as soon as he's back from the North pole where he visited Santa claus.

I've only had this issue happen once so far (that I could notice) and could not replicate it. I assume at this point that you have a issue with your database or provisioning module causing the invoice not being marked as paid. It's very hard to analyse without more given details.
Please
a) check that you do not have any relevant error logs in Hostbill's error log (Extra->System log).
b) create a readable mysql transaction log of the relevant period, anonymize any relevant information (including hashed passwords or session hashes!) and upload it.

Once our client, have a large number of users complained that they charge twice a same invoice.

Payment module is 2co and look this.

Customers payments be redirected to 2CO, he pay and click to button to back on clientarea.

Callback URL look like this: www.domain.com/includes/modules/Payment/callback/2checkout.php

when returning comes to cracking and there is a error, as I shown in photo. Any adjustment for a callback to be set, there is the same problem.

All this also occurs with bitpay payment processor. All other payment like skrill, webmoney, payza and other for now work ok.

If anyone has any ideas.

Thank you

This is really strange.  You seem to be experiencing call-back failures for multiple payment modules - 2CO, BitPay and WebMoney.  Just checking, are you using the latest version of HostBill?  (07-03-2015)

COMMUNITY: It would be extremely helpful to know if others (above d4f and SystemN) are having the same issue for payment modules?
Kind regards,
Bradley Porter

I'm working on my own payment module for Hostbill. Unfortunately callback is not working, starting googling and found out this topic.
Was the problem resolved? Did you even heard what was the cause?
