cPanel plugin - remote access key

Hi,

I just wanted to add new product (hosting package on new VPS), but when I want to test connection to server, I get error message: "Module (Cpanel): Login to server unsuccessful". Does anybody know how does this plugin connect to server (which port)? I've changed the default port for SSH (22) to some other number. Or is there any other reason that could be behind this error?

Are you running a firewall? Make sure you enable your HostBill install's IP through the firewall.

Make sure that all passwords and the remote access key are correct as well. Let us know if you've gotten this resolved, otherwise we'll be happy to further troubleshoot.
