Upgrade Issues

Hi

In the Hostbill Upgrade Patch release this friday, 14 November, the package does not update.
Instead, it gives the update faliuure. The system logs say this -

PHP [User Error]: Smarty error: [in /home/clientsp/public_html/includes/modules/Hosting/proxmox/templates/clientarea/console.tpl line 25]: syntax error: unrecognized tag: $console['asset'] (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 446) IN includes/libs/smarty/Smarty.class.php(1100)

Anyone faced the issue and any workaround?

When I use the auto-upgrade feature, I have a different error:

Unable to extract archive file /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/theportal/hostbill_version2014-11-14.zip

When I look at the back-end, its not even downloading the new version.  It aborts the auto-upgrade and VERY quickly and I think the problem is it cannot download the new version. 

Anyone have the same issue with auto-upgrade?

I had the same problem with the latest update so  I went for a semi-manual update :) :

Download the zip from hostbillapp.com
Unzip and ftp to server, after that, the automatic upgrade start working again
I guess the error is not in the latest update but in the previous release

Also check hostbill directory permission and ownership

Had the same issue with the auto upgrade.

The update failed message prompts within no time.

Same issue, auto upgrade failed.  Manually downloaded the zip file and applied.  That worked and auto upgrade works after that.

Had the same issue. Then manually upgraded, but now I get error when someone tries to order a domain hosting account:

PHP [User Warning]: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "ajax.checkdomain.tpl" IN includes/libs/smarty/Smarty.class.php(1100)

Everyone check your ordering system! Any ideas what could be wrong?

I upgraded to the next version (14-11-14) but still have the issue.  I am now manually upgrading to the 21-11-14 version to see if this works.
