Hi,

Have any of you completed a fresh installation of Hostbill while running the old version at the same time?

I have not.

I assume you mean run a fresh install instead of upgrading?
Kind regards,

I've installed a fresh install of HostBill recently. What questions did you have? I have several licenses, did you mean installing a fresh install while keeping the old one intact?

Yes, this is exactly what I meant :)

Most of the database tables are the same, there're very few updates. It's mostly cosmetic when there's a HostBill update.

I don't think Kris knows how to update database tables effectively without producing some errors, so you should be fine "FOR THE MOST PART".

I'm actually going to test this but all my HostBill versions are up to date, so there's no old database. I'll wait for 1-2 releases and do a fresh install, and connect the database to an existing install. Let me know if that's what you want the results for, I don't mind doing this. I'd like to know myself.

It is to update the database as well, as I made the mistake of deleting some clients instead of terminating them!
