i am using hostbill script and i hava a question, i want to that users don't have to login client panel directly. when they enter to hostbill, i want to show Sign up and sign in choice on page which i designed

You want users to sign up / sign in through an HTML page you've already designed? There're integration features / scripts you can pull from HostBill for logins, but registration you'll have to do some work with the database, unless you redirect them to the registration page.
